Tourist cauldron is designed for cooking over an open fire. The cauldron is evenly heated and holds the temperature well. Thick walls allow to cook dishes without burning.
A feature of the TM “BRIZOLL” cauldrons is a flat lid on which hot coals can be poured during cooking and you will get the cooking
effect as in the oven.
